The Beginning

My journey in digital marketing began in 2007, back when Google Ads was still called Google AdWords and social media marketing was barely a concept. From those early days, I was fascinated by the intersection of creativity and data—the ability to craft compelling messages and measure their impact with precision.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with businesses of all sizes, from ambitious startups to established enterprises. Each client taught me something new, and each campaign added to my understanding of what truly drives results in the digital space.

The Agency Years

For a significant part of my career, I worked within and led teams at digital agencies. Those years taught me invaluable lessons about managing complex campaigns, working across industries, and delivering results under pressure.

But agency life also showed me something that increasingly bothered me: the disconnect between what clients expected and what they often received.

Going Out On My Own

In 2018, I took the leap and started my own business. For several years, I ran things under an agency model—managing client relationships, strategy, and paid media directly, while occasionally bringing in specialists for design or copywriting when projects required it.

It worked well, but over time I realised that what my clients valued most was the direct access to my expertise. They weren't coming to me for an agency experience—they were coming to me for me.
